Excellent Service
Just had boiler serviced by Adam and apprentice Tom. Service was excellent and explanations straightforward. Given that Adam was also in teaching mode, every step thoroughly explained and clearly adherent to requirements.

I just wanted to reach out to say the biggest thank you to Adam and his apprentice Tom for the ongoing support to fix our boiler. He was punctual, extremely professional, and explained everything he was doing clearly. Adam took the time to inspect the system thoroughly, explain the root cause of the problem in terms we could easily understand, and walk us through the options before getting to work. Adam is highly knowledgeable, polite, and trustworthy. We are so grateful for his prompt and reliable service. Adam and his apprentice were fantastic! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout my boiler servicing. Adam serviced the boiler today. I cannot fault his enthusiasm, knowledge and communication skills. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain everything to me. We had our boiler serviced by Adam, and his work was outstanding. He was very professional and thorough and explained everything he was going to do. Had a boiler service - installed a year ago from them. Boiler is great. Serviced by Adam just. Adam was firstly very professional and polite. Lovely to have great customer service with someone who is clearly skilled in their field. He was also training a young apprentice and sounded to be doing a great job. Clear explanations and appeared invested in the apprentice. Did not rush through the service.
