Just had boiler serviced by Adam and apprentice Tom. Service was excellent and explanations straightforward. Given that Adam was also in teaching mode, every step thoroughly explained and clearly adherent to requirements.

He was extremely thorough and took time to explain everything to me. He had an apprentice with him who was polite and keen. Adam is a great mentor for him.
