Just had boiler serviced by Adam and apprentice Tom. Service was excellent and explanations straightforward. Given that Adam was also in teaching mode, every step thoroughly explained and clearly adherent to requirements.

Adam was firstly very professional and polite. Lovely to have great customer service with someone who is clearly skilled in their field. He was also training a young apprentice and sounded to be doing a great job. Clear explanations and appeared invested in the apprentice. Did not rush through the service.
